What are the available payment options to ensure uninterrupted service?

We offer 2 payment plans:

Prepaid plan:

  • Your account must have positive credits balance to process new requests.
  • You can add a default payment method (credit or debit card), set a minimum balance. Once the minimum balance threshold is reached, we will top up your account with the defined credits amount.
  • You can subscribe to receive a notification when your account’s balance drops below a defined threshold.
  • Existing subscription won’t be impacted by insufficient credits and might drive balance to be negative.

Prepaid credits are subject to expiration. To avoid abuse of lowest rates, we have different expiration duration per rate:

  • Credits paid $0.0010 or higher never expire
  • Credits paid $0.0006 or $0.0008 expire after 45 days of purchase
  • Credits paid $0.0005 or less expire after 30 days of purchase

Postpaid plan:

  • No need to predict the number of credits to purchase
  • No risk of expiring credits
  • Unlocks the best rate based on your monthly usage
  • No commitment
  • Can use additional form of payments, e.g. ACH

Postpaid plan is subject to eligibility. If requested, you will be asked to provide the following supporting documentation and information about your business:

  • EIN or Tax ID
  • Business headquarters’ address
  • Business phone number
  • Main point of contact
  • Optional W-9
  • Must have and maintain a default payment method and enable auto-payment.
  • Must agree to our TOS.
  • An invoice will be automatically generated at the end of each calendar month. The invoice is expected to be instantly paid using the stored payment method.
  • In the event we fail to collect payment, we expect the invoice to clear out before the due date which is the 7th day of the ongoing month.
  • Past the 15th day of the month, the account is automatically switched to prepaid and the account may permanently lose post-payment privilege.
