How often does Zembra update reviews?

How much time does it take to receive a notification for a new review? Short answer, it depends.

We build a model for each subscription:

• If a Google page receives on average 20 reviews a day, we will fetch updates every hour.
• If a Google page gets a review once a month, we will fetch less often.

Nonetheless, our maximum rest time is 6 hours. No matter the number of reviews a page receives per day on average, we will always check for updates at least every 6 hours.

Therefore, changes are subject to be detected either almost immediately (we’re too lucky) or worst case scenario after 6 hours (not our day).
