How does pricing work?

We made our services flexible and cost effective to match your needs without blowing up your budget.

We treat all network the same. Meaning no extra charges for any specific network.

Pricing

Our base unit is 1 Zembra credit. Each service costs a certain number of credits (see below), e.g. 1 review = 1 credit. You may wonder how much is a credit. The answer is it depends. Credit's cost ranges from $0.0012 to $0.0004 depending on the volume of purchased credits. You can buy any number of credits you intent to use with your account. The higher the number of credits you purchase, the cheaper the cost of credit becomes. Similar example to our pricing could be your water bill: the more you use, the more expensive the cost of gallon becomes. With Zembra it is the opposite: the more you use credits, the cheaper you will have to pay per credit. Let's first go over the pricing tiers then we will show you an example that will help better understand how we calculate the cost:

  • First 10,000 credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0012
    • $1 = 833 credits
    • Starts from $1
    • Credits never expire
  • Next 40,000 credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0010
    • $1 = 1,000 credits
    • Starts from $12
    • Credits never expire
  • Next 700,000 credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0008
    • $1 = 1,250 credits
    • Starts from $52
    • Credits expire after 45 days
  • Next 1,250,000 credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0006
    • $1 = 1,667 credits
    • Starts from $612
    • Credits expire after 45 days
  • Next 3,000,000 credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0005
    • $1 = 2,000 credits
    • Starts from $1,362
    • Credits expire after 30 days
  • Next ∞ credits
    • 1 credit = $0.0004
    • $1 = 2,500 credits
    • Starts from $2,862
    • Credits expire after 30 days

Time now for an example. If you plan to use 1,500,000 credits, the cost breakdown is as follows:

Payment Plans

Zembra offers two plans: prepaid and postpaid.

Prepaid plan

You can purchase as many credits as you need. The more credits you load, the cheaper the rate becomes. Auto-reload is available to ensure your account never runs out of credits to avoid interruption of service. Here's a tutorial to learn how to set it up. With the privilege of cheaper rate comes the responsibility of fair use. With large number of credits purchased, the expectation is that the credits will be used within a reasonable time window which varies based on the volume. We do not want a user to take advantage of the cheap rate and lock credits for months. Therefore, prepaid credits are subject to expire. The expiration of credits varies based on the number of credits added at the time of purchase.

  • Up to 50,000 credits: Credits never expire
  • From 50,001 to 2,000,000 credits: Credits expire after 45 days from the time of purchase
  • From 2,000,001: Credits expire after 30 days from the time of purchase

Postpaid plan

Get peace of mind with postpaid plans. You do not have to run math and predict how many credits you need to run your queries. You also avoid the risk of over buying credits that become at risk of expiring. With postpaid plan, you have the assurance to take advantage of the best pricing that fits your usage habits. Postpaid plans are billed at the end of every calendar month. There is absolutely no commitment or subscription fee. At the end of each cycle, the consumed credits are evaluated and determine the applicable pricing and cost. For instance, if at the end of the month your account used 1M credits, using the formula described above, you final bill will show $710.

Only preapproved accounts are eligible for postpaid plans. Reach out to your account manager or to our support team to check for eligibility. Approved accounts have to provide tax information for billing purposes. If an account fails to pay the outstanding balance at the end of the cycle, the account will be switched to prepaid and will experience interruption of service due to insufficient balance. Service is reestablished once the full balance is paid off.

Pricing Per Service

Review Subscription Service:

Once you request reviews for a business page, you can re-request reviews for the same page as many times as you need, and keep receiving the latest reviews and updates at no extra cost for 30 days. All the reviews of the requested page will be pulled. This is referred to as Subscription to a page.

  • 1 page subscription = 150 credits - This drops to 100 credits if you the subscription is auto-renewed for the next 30-day cycle
  • 1 review = 1 credit.

Here’s an example of a whole month worth of data monitoring of a review page that has 1,000 reviews:

  • 1,000 credits for reviews + 150 for page subscription = 1,150 credits.
  • The next month costs 1,100 credits if the monitored page subscription is auto-renewed.
  • 1 credit is charged for any new review posted and pulled during the subscription period.

During the lifespan of the subscription, you can issue unlimited number of requests for the same page without extra charge. The reviews are guaranteed to be up to date with the source with a maximum gap of 3 to 6 hours.

Review Job Service:

Data retention for review jobs is 5 days. There is no guarantee that the reviews are up to date. The only guarantee is that the reviews are identical to the source at the time of request. To get an updated version of the reviews, you may need to submit a new job that will be treated independently and will be charged separately. Each job has a base fee of 50 credits and 1 additional credit per returned/requested review. With review job, you can set a limit to the number of returned reviews. This is helpful when you just need the most recent reviews of a page that has thousands of reviews to avoid being overcharged. The minimum number of reviews to be requested is 25. Here are some examples of charges:

  • review page that has 100 reviews and user requests 25 reviews: base fee 50 credits + (1 credit per review x 25) = 75
  • review page that has 100 reviews and user requests 125 reviews: base fee 50 credits + (1 credit per review x 100) = 150
  • review page that has 5 reviews and user requests 25 reviews: base fee 50 credits + (1 credit per review x 5) = 55

Review Page Details Service:

A flat fee of 50 credits per page.

Review Page Search and Review Page Match Services:

For services Find Business and Match Business, we charge 50 credits per query with one network. For each additional network we charge 5 additional credits for Find Business and 10 extra credits for Match Business.

Here’s a couple of examples for queries covering 11 networks:

  • Find business: 50 credits base service fee that covers 1 network + (5 credits per additional network x 10 additional networks)  = 100 credits
  • Match business: 60 credits base service fee that covers 1 network + (10 credits per additional network x 10 additional networks)  = 160 credits.

Social Content Details Service:

When user requests details about a social content such as Instagram user, TikTok video, Facebook post, etc. a flat fee of 150 credits per request is applied.

Social Content Streaming Service:

Similarly to review jobs, we apply a base fee of 150 credits per job and charge 3 credits per returned sub-content. Data retention is set the 5 days. The stream is maintained up to date with the origin. Latest updates and new contents are always pulled and included in the response payload during the period of data retention. Here is as example of how much we charge if the user requests 1,000 comments from a Facebook post that has over 1,000 comments:

  • 150 credits base fee + (3 credits per comment x 1,000 comments) = 3,150 credits.
  • 3 credits are charged for any new comment posted and pulled during the data retention period.
